For Nazareth, this counts as revenge for the 94-77 loss Cardinal Hayes walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2019.
Nazareth can attribute much of their success to Halon Rawlins, who scored 21 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Tristan Rogers, who scored 11 points.
Nazareth's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Cardinal Hayes, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
