Christian Fellowship can attribute much of their success to Jake Davis, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 18 points along with seven assists and four steals, and Brett Conklin, who went 6 for 13 en route to 17 points and four steals. The match was Davis' ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Aslanidis, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards.
Meanwhile, Lighthouse Prep Academy scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 58-50 to Applewood Christian. The game was a 21-21 toss-up at halftime, but the Eagles couldn't quite close it out.
Christian Fellowship will need focus on slowing down Noah Fowler, one of several Lighthouse Prep Academy players who made an impact when they last played. He went 5 of 7 on his way to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Mietzner, who posted nine points.
Lighthouse Prep Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Christian Fellowship, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
