Tallmadge has gone a perfect 6-0 against Roosevelt recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Blue Devils will look to defend their home field against the Rough Riders at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
Tallmadge lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Revere, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's contest. The Blue Devils never let the Minutemen get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Monday. With that victory, the Blue Devils brought their scoring average up to 7 runs per game.
Tallmadge got a great performance from Caitlyn Carter as she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. What's more, Carter posted two strikeouts, the most she's had since back in May of 2025.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Sophia Paonessa, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrey Almond, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Tallmadge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Revere only managed four.
Meanwhile, Roosevelt won against Copley on Monday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Rough Riders beat Cuyahoga Falls by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 7-6.
Brynn Moser spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up nine Ks.
At the plate, Emelia Gates was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Kamia Walker was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
Tallmadge's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Roosevelt, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
Monday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Tallmadge hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .357. However, it's not like Roosevelt struggles in that department as they've averaged .385. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Tallmadge came out on top in a nail-biter against Roosevelt in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, sneaking past 4-2. Do the Blue Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rough Riders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
