Linville Hill's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Derian Peterseim, who scored 19 points along with four steals. Peterseim hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Stephen Smucker was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Coventry Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Linville Hill, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.
Coventry Christian will head out on the road to square off against Conestoga Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Conestoga Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 210 points over their last three matches. As for Linville Hill, they will be playing at home against Alliance Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Alliance Christian comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
