It was another big night for Nyshea Hoskin, who scored 47 points along with seven steals for Nanih Waiya. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Hoskin has scored at least 25% of Nanih Waiya's points. Kylianna Spivey was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five steals.
Winona has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Nanih Waiya, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.
