The SA Roosevelt Rough Riders's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 18th straight defeat. They were dealt a 64-16 loss at the hands of Clark. SA Roosevelt has not had much luck with Clark recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Despite the loss, SA Roosevelt saw an underclassman step up: Maddison Castillo scored 12 points along with two steals. That was a full 75% of SA Roosevelt's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
SA Roosevelt dropped their record down to 5-26 with that defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Clark, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 29-2.
SA Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Clark also has no future games currently scheduled.
