There's no place like home for Franklin Regional, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Gateway Gators with a sharp  15-9 victory on Thursday. Considering the Panthers have won four matches by more than five  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
Franklin Regional got a  massive  performance out of  Brady Yarabinitz, who  went 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  runs  Yarabinitz has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Luke Williams, who  got on base  in three of his five plate appearances with five  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI.
 Franklin Regional  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in seven consecutive  contests.
Franklin Regional's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Gateway, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record  this season.
 Franklin Regional will be playing at home against Armstrong  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Gateway, they will venture away from home to  square off against Thomas Jefferson  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Jaguars' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9  runs per game  this season, so the Gators' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
