It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. Joseph Academy had no problem doing just that  on Monday. Everything went their way against the University Christian Christians as they made off with  a  3-0 victory. The  win was nothing new for the Flashes as they're now sitting on four straight.
 St. Joseph Academy was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-23,  25-23.
St. Joseph Academy got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Addy Mira out in front who  had 18  digs. Mira has been hot recently, having  posted ten or more  digs the last three times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Suzi Valbuena, who  had 19 assists and five  digs.

 St. Joseph Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  defeat against Providence School on the 14th. University Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
