Perry Meridian proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Center Grove Trojans 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Leading Perry Meridian to victory were Avan Van and Ramlian Thang. Van had 20 digs and six assists, while Thang had 31 kills, seven digs, three aces, and two blocks. Those 31 kills gave Thang a new career-high.
Despite the loss, Center Grove saw an underclassman step up: freshman Xavi Pineda had 14 digs and one assist. Baylee Tolliver also deserves some recognition as he had his first kill of the season.
