Stratford had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Northbrook Raiders with a sharp 9-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

Stratford's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Northbrook, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Stratford will have a chance to go back-to-back against Northbrook: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
