Leading Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart to victory were Alissa Azcuy and Veronica Larrea. Azcuy scored 16 points along with seven assists and six steals, while Larrea scored 16 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. It was the first time this season that Larrea scored 15 or more points. Sela Travieso was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five steals.
Despite the loss, Florida Christian still got an impressive performance from Natalia Stocker, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Florida Christian struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart racked up 25 assists.
