Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sandy Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Christopher LeClair, who scored 15 points. Damion Turner was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Meanwhile, Beaver Dam sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 43-40 win over Word of Life Christian Academy on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Beaver Dam has posted against Word of Life Christian Academy since February 6, 2018.
Sandy Valley's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-2. As for Beaver Dam, their win bumped their record up to 7-15.
Everything went Sandy Valley's way against Beaver Dam in their previous meeting back in January as Sandy Valley made off with a 50-30 victory. Will Sandy Valley repeat their success, or does Beaver Dam have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
