Foothill had a rough outing against Dora two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Foothill steamrollered Pine Hill 54-0.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-50, which was the final score in Navajo Pine's tilt against Alamo Navajo last week. Navajo Pine were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-44.
Foothill's victory lifted them to 2-1 while Navajo Pine's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Foothill's success rolls on or if Navajo Pine are able to steal their positive momentum.
