North Stafford was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against L.C. Bird on Saturday. The Wolverines put the hurt on the Skyhawks with a sharp 13-3 victory. The Wolverines not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since April 2nd (when they won 12-2).

North Stafford's win bumped their record up to 6-10-1. As for L.C. Bird, they dropped their record down to 2-13 with the loss, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, North Stafford will head out to face off against Stafford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for L.C. Bird, they will welcome Huguenot at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
