The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Foresthill who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-12, 20-25, 25-23, 18-25, 15-11.
Sacramento Waldorf had taken Forest Lake Christian down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. The Waves came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Waves have suffered since November 5, 2024.
While Sacramento Waldorf was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-23.
Foresthill's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Sacramento Waldorf, their loss dropped their record down to 13-1.
