East Nicolaus had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Thursday. They blew past the Center Cougars 3-0.
East Nicolaus walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-7.
Kendall Kocher paced East Nicolaus' offense, picking up 17 kills. Kocher got some help from Shelby Scoggins and her 33 assists. Scoggins was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Nicolaus will host Woodland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
