Westminster Christian Academy dropped down to 7-3 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Boaz Pirates, falling 34-12. Having soared to a lofty 38 points in the game before, the Wildcats couldn't push the score so high this time.
As for Boaz, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 32.6 points over those games.
Peyton Hall produced another solid effort throwing for 118 yards and three TDs, while also rushing for 40 yards and one touchdown. She was even better on defense, making 12 total tackles and defending one pass in addition to snagging two interceptions which she returned for a touchdown.
