Caitlin Smith and A'myree Jones certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Smith dropped a double-double on 16 rebounds and 11 blocks, while Jones scored four points. Smith is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season.
St. Katharine Drexel's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Abramson, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

As for Abramson, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Carver Collegiate Academy at 6:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Louisiana (Carver Collegiate Academy is ranked 217th, while Abramson is ranked 240th).
