St. David's claimed a resounding 66-34 win over Raleigh Charter on the road. The result was nothing new for St. David's, who have now won three games by 32 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Eliza Everett, who almost dropped a triple-double on 13 points, 11 rebounds, and 9 steals. The contest was her fourth in a row with at least ten points. Kate Benson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with 3 steals.
St. David's has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Raleigh Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
St. David's will be playing in front of their home fans against Cary Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cary Christian is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. Raleigh Charter will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cary Academy at 12:30 p.m. on December 27th.
