Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Horton). They blew past the McLouth Bulldogs 74-41 on Thursday. Given the Chargers' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 324th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win was the fourth in a row for Horton, bringing their record for this year to 9-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for McLouth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
