Lawrence Academy extended their postseason success on Friday against Crossroads Christian. They walked away with a 9-6 win over the Colts. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.
Winston Warren and Haiden Little did most of the damage at the plate: Warren went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI, while Little went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one stolen base. That's the most RBI Warren has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Eason, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.
Lawrence Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Crossroads Christian, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-6 record.
As of now, neither Lawrence Academy nor the Colts have any future games scheduled.
