Big Spring made up a huge gap compared to their last game against West Perry, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Big Spring blew past West Perry 15-3 on Monday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 10-0 win the Mustangs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2019.
Sydney Adler was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 3-for-4. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Kendall Boring-Gutshall was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
Big Spring always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .656. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Perry only posted an OBP of .400.
