Southeastern RVT had a rough outing against Upper Cape Cod RVT last week, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Southeastern RVT were the clear victor by a 40-7 margin over Bristol-Plymouth RVT. Southeastern RVT have a history of success against Bristol-Plymouth RVT, winning their last head-to-head 21-12.
After a totally unproductive first quarter, the Southeastern RVT offense stepped up its game and put 14 points on the board in the second quarter. Bristol-Plymouth RVT came up with 7 to make it 14-7 heading into the break. The Southeastern RVT defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the match. The win bumped Southeastern RVT's record up to 2-1. Bristol-Plymouth RVT are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Southeastern RVT will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Tri-County RVT in two weeks at 7:00 PM. Bristol-Plymouth RVT will look to defend their home turf next week against Tri-County RVT at 5:00 PM. Bristol-Plymouth RVT stagger into the game hobbled by three consecutive losses while Tri-County RVT skip in buoyed by three consecutive wins.
