The St. John Bosco Braves will be taking part in a tournament against the La Mirada Matadores at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in St. John Bosco's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

St. John Bosco is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Hesperia: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that St. John Bosco blew Hesperia out of the water with a 78-33 final score. The Braves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 29 points or more this season.

St. John Bosco's win on Wednesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Elzie Harrington, who went 9 for 14 on his way to 19 points and six assists. Harrington's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. St. John Bosco strolled past La Mirada when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a score of 79-60. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was La Mirada's Gene Roebuck, who went 10 of 20 on his way to 33 points.
