St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute dropped down to 5-4 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Canisius Crusaders, falling 35-14. The contest was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but the Marauders couldn't quite close it out.

Although St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute took the loss, they still got scores from Owen Kicinski and Stone Rozak.

As for Canisius, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Considering they have won four games by more than 20 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

It was another big night for Elijah Kimble, who rushed for 258 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 60 yards.

St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Canisius, they will take on St. Francis at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Kimble and Tyrone Clark Jr..
