Baseball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Lower Merion

Lower Merion barely beat Harriton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Aces were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Rams on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Aces sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Lower Merion pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Harriton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lower Merion will face off against Conestoga at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pioneers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Aces surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harriton, they will take on Penncrest at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
