The Rivercrest Colts extended their postseason success on Friday against the Warren Lumberjacks. They walked away with a 24-14 win over the Lumberjacks. The victory was nothing new for Rivercrest as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Koby Turner was his usual excellent self, rushing for 261 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. Turner hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for six straight games.
Rivercrest pushed their record up to 12-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Warren, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 14-1.
Rivercrest will face off against Harding Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 9th. Harding Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 620 points over their last 14 contests. Warren does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
