Glenbrook South is a perfect 10-0 against Evanston since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Titans will host the Wildkits at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Glenbrook South has four straight wins, Evanston has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Glenbrook South is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Illinois' top teams: Glenbrook North, who was ranked ninth at the time (Glenbrook South was ranked 12th). The Titans walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Spartans on Tuesday.

The win didn't come easy: Glenbrook North scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Evanston came up short against Deerfield on Tuesday and fell 2-0.

While Evanston was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22.

Evanston's loss dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Glenbrook South, their victory bumped their record up to 14-4.

Glenbrook South was able to grind out a solid win over Evanston in their previous matchup back in September, winning 2-0. Do the Titans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildkits turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
