With a playoff win on the line, Central Catholic rose to the challenge on Friday. They beat the Southview Cougars by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 81-46. The Fighting Irish have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 22 points or more this season.

The win (which was Central Catholic's third in a row) raised their record to 13-9. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35 points. As for Southview, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-6.

As of now, neither Central Catholic nor Southview have any future games scheduled.
