Despite the loss, Leggett still got an impressive performance from Tamera Henderson, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Henderson is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Bianca Perkins, who scored eight points.
Zavalla is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season. As for Leggett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-22.
