Huntingdon's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 38 points in the first half. Camden Central came up with 13 to make it 38-13 heading into the break. The Huntingdon defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 7 and all but finishing the match.
Junior Hunter Ensley and junior Brandon Lawton were among the main playmakers for Huntingdon as the former rushed for 160 yards and 2 touchdowns and the latter rushed for 133 yards and 3 touchdowns. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse junior Steven Rich, who racked up 12 tackles. The win bumped Huntingdon's record up to 4-0. The loss dropped Camden Central back to even at 2-2.
Huntingdon will stay at home next week against McEwen at 7:00 PM. Huntingdon have bulldozed their previous 4 opponents, so McEwen might have their hands full. Camden Central will be staying on the road, facing off against Fairview.
