Basketball Recap: Dan River Skates Past William Campbell with Ease

Dan River won the last time they faced William Campbell and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Dan River Wildcats blew past the William Campbell Generals 70-40. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Wildcats have posted against the Generals since January 28, 2020.

Dan River was led to victory by Jameer Reynolds and Jesiah Lampkin. Reynolds dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Lampkin went 6 for 11 en route to 15 points along with eight assists and four steals. Reynolds has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last six times he's played. Trevor Thomas was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Dan River smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in six consecutive matchups.
