Custer fell to Bennett County 14-16 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Custer took their game against Bennett County on Friday by a conclusive 40-12 score. Custer was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. This was the first game for both teams, giving Custer a 1-0 record and starting Bennett County off at 0-1.
Next week, Custer take on Newcastle at 7:00 PM. As for Bennett County, they will face of against Little Wound.
