They never let the University Lab Cubs get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Redhawks sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Central Private's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-3. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for University Lab, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central Private will face off against Zachary at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Central Private will need to watch out since Zachary has now posted at least ten runs in their last three games.
