The Minarets Mustangs can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 45-41 W over Parlier. The victory was just what Minarets needed coming off of a 83-42 defeat in their prior game.
Logan Davis was a one-man wrecking crew for Minarets as he scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Davis has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jabari Gomez, who scored 13 points.
Minarets' win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14. As for Parlier, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 15 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Minarets will challenge the Badgers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Yosemite is on a four-game streak of home losses, the Mustangs a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. As for Parlier, they will head out on the road to square off against the Cowboys at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
