After flying high against Huron on Monday, Clyde came back down to earth. The Fliers came up short against the Clear Fork Colts on Wednesday, falling 7-0. The Fliers' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Clyde saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kameron Shortridge, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Clyde's defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Clear Fork, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Clyde nor the Colts have any future games scheduled.
