Bernie lost to Risco back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Mules were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Tigers. Considering the Mules have won nine matches by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Bernie's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Risco, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Bernie didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 win against Caruthersville on the 11th. As for Risco, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 11-3 loss against East Prairie on the 12th.
