Dilley has gone a perfect 4-0 against Cole recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Dilley Wolves will be playing at home against the Cole Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Dilley lost 13-7 to Cotulla on Monday. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Cowboys recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Dakota San Miguel was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Kassidy Romeo was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Cole came up short against Poteet on Friday, falling 15-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered against the Aggies since February 17, 2022.

Zoe Foy made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole Two bases. while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases she has posted over her last 12 contests. The team also got some help courtesy of Heidi Ingram, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Dilley's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Cole, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10-1 record this season.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Dilley has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Cole struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Everything went Dilley's way against Cole in their previous matchup back in February of 2022, as Dilley made off with a 16-0 victory. Does Dilley have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cole turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
