Avonworth won the last time they faced Hopewell and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Antelopes were the clear victors by an 11-5 margin over the Vikings. The Antelopes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by six runs or more this season.

Avonworth's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Hopewell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Avonworth is set to square off against their familiar foe Ellwood City at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Hopewell will challenge rival Beaver Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
