The T.R. Miller Tigers are taking a road trip to  challenge the Jay Royals  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. T.R. Miller is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9  runs per game  this season.
T.R. Miller took a loss when they played away from home  on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Monday. Everything went their way against Monroe County as T.R. Miller made off with  a  17-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what T.R. Miller needed considering they were shut out in their previous   matchup.
 Kylie Walton was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 3-for-3.

 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Meg Fountain, who  fired off two  home runs, six  RBI,  and three  runs while going 2-for-2. Those  six  RBI gave  her a new career-high.  Kate Rambach was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  triples, four  RBI,  and one  run.
