Newfane's victory bumped their record up to 17-1. As for Royalton-Hartland, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
Everything came up roses for Newfane against Royalton-Hartland in their previous meeting back in January as the team secured a 72-42 victory. With Newfane ahead 39-19 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
