Somerville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Princeton Tigers. This was payback for the Pioneers, who suffered an 8-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Somerville's record now sits at 15-7. As for Princeton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season.
