Volleyball Recap: Potosi Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Manhattyn Udelhofen and Kylee Droessler

Potosi lost against Belleville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Chieftains fell 2-0 to the Wildcats. The Chieftains have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Potosi's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kylee Droessler, who had ten digs, and Manhattyn Udelhofen, who had seven digs. Droessler has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Among those leading the charge was Korynn Potter, who had 13 digs.

Potosi's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Belleville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

Potosi wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Portage on the 20th. As for Belleville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Darlington on the 20th.
