The Stratford Red Devils were the 78-63 winner over the Harding Presidents when they last played one another back in December of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Stratford fell 59-50 to Harding on Wednesday. Stratford has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Harding's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Craig Chandler led the charge by dropping a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Zamair Moales was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Stratford's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Harding, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Immaculate the next time they take the court. Stratford will host Immaculate at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Harding will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
