Jonah Villegas Turns in Season-Best Performance
Jonah Villegas produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Pojoaque Valley to the win on Friday. Villegas rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
Santa Fe Indian's probably not too fond of Villegas given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Villegas saw the Braves), he rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown.

Pojoaque Valley was led to victory by Joshua Gonzales, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Gonzales rushed for 96 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. Pojoaque Valley is undefeated when Gonzales posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 2-3 otherwise.
This year, Gonzales has run in 6 touchdowns while averaging 25.2 rushing yards per game.

Breylon Willams' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Hope Christian over Robertson
