The Arvin Bears's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Woodlake Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on December 27th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Thursday, Arvin came up short against East Bakersfield and fell 55-42.
The losing side was boosted by Allen Stone, who scored 15 points. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Miguel Damian, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, Woodlake's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by Delano 71-22. While losing is never fun, Woodlake can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1402nd, while Delano is ranked 597th).
Arvin's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 5-8. As for Woodlake, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.
