Palmer Ridge kicked off their season on the road  on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Rampart Rams by a score of  2-1. The  match was a  0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Bears couldn't quite close it out.

 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palmer Ridge will be defending their home-pitch for the first time for the first time when they go up against Fountain-Fort Carson  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Rampart, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Discovery Canyon at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
