Rich is a perfect 5-0 against Wendover since September of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Rich has six straight wins, Wendover has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
On Saturday, Rich was able to grind out a solid victory over Manila, taking the game 3-1.
In the three sets Rich was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 23-25, 25-14, 25-11.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's matchup: Rich has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 10.2 aces per game. However, it's not like Wendover struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Rich took their victory against Wendover in their previous meeting on September 6th by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rebels since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
