On Friday, Timberline were out to avenge their 28-56 loss to Lakeside from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Timberline fell to Lakeside 34-47. It was a tough break for Timberline, who improved upon an already decent score from the game before but lost both times.
Timberline are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3. The victory bumped Lakeside's record up to 1-3.
Timberline will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Deary at 7:00 PM. As for Lakeside, they will face off against Kootenai.
