Teton hasn't had much luck against Snake River recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Timberwolves will host the Panthers at 11:00 a.m. Teton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.
On Friday, Teton needed a bit of extra time to put away North Fremont. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 win over the Huskies. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Timberwolves have posted since April 14, 2025.

Sage Woolstenhulme made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Luke Nelson, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Teton is undefeated when Nelson posts two or more runs, but 1-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Moore, who went 1-for-5 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Meanwhile, Snake River came up short against Marsh Valley on Friday, falling 14-2.
Snake River saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Paxton Christensen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.
Teton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Snake River, their loss dropped their record down to 3-15.
